Fresh Garlic Chutney

Just a quick recipe. The aroma of garlic is unmistakable! I love anything with garlic and love spicing all my dishes with this chutney. You can make this in large quantities and store in the refrigerator for upto 2 weeks.

(Print this recipe)
Garlic Cloves - 1 cup, peeled
Red Chili Powder - 1 tablespoon
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Lemon Juice - 1/2 tablespoon
Salt - 1-2 teaspoons/ to taste
Water - 1/4 cup

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender
2. Blitz away..... i.e Grind to a fine paste
3. Use as required.
- You can peel garlic easily if soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
