I love baking! The successful rising of a cake just makes my heart jump with joy! :-D Unfortunately, my oven went Kaput. So you don't see many bakes right now. But I've got a lot of yumtastic recipes for Vegan cakes & cookies & I'll be making them as soon as I get a new oven.
